I'm with Taco - it does have interesting characters, and it provides entertaining reading. Its presentation just needs a little refinement. "Understanding Comics" by Scott McCloud provides a lot of cool insight into how readers and writers, well, understand comics. It's a lot to read, but it's written in comics, so it shows as it goes. Very cool book, everyone (even non-artists) should read it.
