Upgrading the OoT Link clothes takes lots of star fragments and those are rare to find and get. :/ I'm just focusing on the "Wild" outfit right now. If I find more star fragments I'll go upgrade the OoT outfit more. The cap is already done, it's just the Tunic and Tights left.
