If u wanna get ur own house, go to Hateno Village and find Firly Pond in your map. You'll pass a wooden bridge and find these construction workers tearing down a house. Speak to the worker's boss and ask him u wanna buy this house. He offers a deal that u give him the money and extra bundles of wood and there u go. When u have the empty house u gotta buy the the additions each!
