Rex would also be nice to have. Actually there hasn't been many SMW characters that returned well. Few came back in the NSMB 2 & U games like baby Yoshis, Reznors & Torpedo Teds. The Galoombas also come back in 3DW and Koopas losing shells. Dino Rhinos recently came back in ColorSplash. But that's it.
