Thats the problem though. As soon as I immediately get the systems in 'system transfer' and I put my new 3ds as the 'target system' to recive the data from the other ds, it says that I have to break the link of my nintendo network id on my other ds and to do that I have to delete everything on my other ds and then it can start according to the other ds. I dont have a nni on the other one.
