I know most males are naturally more lactose intolerant. Be wary of that. That part, I messed up. That's why I feel bad I only eat potatoes, eggs, and rice. Mainly homecooked stuff, so this really messed me up. You don't notice what's in this processed junk until take a break from it, then eat it again.
