Apparently my input's not needed, but here goes anyway :X Coinathlon's the best mode imho, especially if you're all about playing mini games. Rhythm Recital gets surprisingly tricky later on (kudos if you can get an S rank with percussion instruments) and the best choice for killing some quick time is Mario Shuffle. That one doesn't use any mini games at all, though.
