Well if you need somewhere more hop pin' than here, there's always 3DSPedia. You could in theory make your drawings on the 3DS, export them to your phone or computer, and upload them on that site. That Deviant place too. I'm on both, and I can vouch for the communities there. (P.S. I have some better art on the latter. Tablet-drawn stuff.)
