true, but honestly i don't mind nintendo having the publishing rights, i want nintendo to mature ip's for adult gamers. but the problem is their american division is full of non-gamers that are to scared to take risks. i can almost guarantee you that the tree house is full of people who, either don't know or don't even care about gaming in general. because they're trying to stay silent on this!
