That's a very risk/reward strategy, Xalena, not necessarily a superior one… Making sure they know how you feel is alright, but if you just lose it and let all your rage loose your friend could take it the wrong way, get offended, etc. Stuff like that has put serious strain on otherwise fine friendships. Calm talking is much less likely to do so, though it may take longer to reach an understanding.
