What she's doing is called mouthing. Dogs often do it when they play with each other. To get her to stop, the next time she puts her mouth on your hands say ouch. Even if it doesn't hurt still say it, and turn your back to her. Once she's calmed down try to play with her again. If she uses her mouth again, say ouch and turn away.
