There possibly be 2 problems: 1 it could be overheating which will cause it to function eradically in it's processing. 2 could be the service your using to stream through. Most streaming sites limit your abilites and sometimes will slow the stream down too low for the 3ds to handle. Btw good choice on the 3ds. I have the galaxy also.
