All these things are happening because the RP lacks structure. Let the roleplayers know about your dos/don'ts. I feel it makes things more freeing and understandable between the group. And for romance, I feel it's good when you don't know it's happening. If I create an RP, I'm not going to say that romance is or isn't allowed, I just won't say anything...see where it goes.
