Course the special armor clothing does have a drawback in that if it takes too much of a beating its special protection will temporarily drop, allowing the enemy to be able to damage u again. But considering how fast it recovers its not that big a deal. Its great to use when you're under a lot of heavy assaults or just use for fun, but it can definitely trivialize fights as is its purpose anyway.
