I think we're in a generation where every manufacturer finally "gets" controller design, even Nintendo, mostly. The Switch's pro controller is lacking pressure-sensitive triggers, but apart from that it's the most comfortable standard controller Nintendo has made, with the most features, since the Gamecube controller. Now the joy-cons are another story.
