チートは無理矢理データを書き換えること。バグはデータの欠陥などを利用すること。簡単にいえばそんな感じです。例えるなら、巨大迷路に入って、壁をぶちぬきながらゴールへ向かうのがチート、壁の隙間をすり抜けて近道するのがバグ、と言ったところでしょう。
