Not likely. According to official materials, Krillin's power level by the end of the Buu arc was around 13 million: 1 million more than Final Form Frieza (pre-Resurrection F). This means that he'd be strong enough to defeat Final Form Frieza at 50% (the slim looking form), but he'd lose to Full Power Frieza (the buff looking one). Since Full Power Frieza was dead even with SS1, I doubt Krillin
