I noticed after posting this that the same discussion had just happened on fogu forums XD It was suggested Stephanie could live there and Woofio in Lulukoko, but I guess it does not actually open :[ Perhaps they planned to but never incorporated it. Also bugs me that the "faceless" townspeople disappear off into the area that always just seemed like a dead end for festivals XD
