As for Bardock, his power is very hard to measure so I'm not sure where to put him. Frieza should be above Gotenks, as his Golden Form was actually stronger than SSB Goku. Vegeta's base form was shown to be stronger than SS3 Gotenks, so Frieza should be able to wreck Gotenks with ease.
