I use the browser ALL THE TIME, On my old 3DS that broke a while back, The browser never worked and it always was slow, So I had to use the software, But My NEW 3ds XL lets me do all kinds of different stuff like Blue/ Red filters, Comment, Not buffer too much, Camera Angling, Video speed. and Kind of Live Streams. not too much but Its Benefiting Me alot!
