As far as I can see, Matt's current state is quite unhealthy, both physically and mentally... I think, I might encourage him to see a therapist and psychologist. But before I tell him that, I want to try to help him before I give up and say that as a last resort... It's unhealthy to stay at home all the time and as far as I can see, his actual face actually looks okay... I hope I can help him.
