Funny Valentine- Has a sence of justice pushing him along, everything he does is in the interest of his nation, but to the detriment of others. DIO-He's just evil, he knows it, he loves it and he's ridiculous. I honestly hate him, but between freezing everything, pulling random knives out of nowhere, stopping time, and dropping steam rollers on his enemies, he's just too entertaining!
