WonderWoman, as strong and quick Spiderman is, Wonderwoman is pretty much as strong as Thor. He'd only manage to slow her down. Then again, Spiderman doesnt solely rely on brute force. He's a thinker, with dumb luck he might discover wonderwoman's weakness.
