oh it's because the quality is horrible, plots are bland, characters are either stupid (Spongebob or Gumball) or just plain ugly (Fanboy & Chum Chum, Pig Goat Banana Cricket), and most importantly either isn't Youtube and/or doesn't have the 90's Charm/Magic.
