Cody laughed. "You think we took all this just to give it back? Yeah, right." Cody tossed two more jewels at Shade. "No more than that." Cody sucked the jewels back into his wings, and Skye flicked her hand, tossing Shade back to the castle. They took off, black liquid remaining in the soil where they previously were.
