Managing to put a glasse/cup in the jarl hand in the first town in skyrim game (yes I was pround of me huehue). Or when I realised that if I saved before hitting the floor after jumping of a cliff in the Skyrim's game I die and then reload at the spot without dying again (lol shortcut). Or when a zombie bunny came back alive after the spell has a normal bunny in a closed town.(the list is endless)
