Honestly, in my opinion, I think what your father is doing is right. A few reasons are because, the boy is in 9th grade, and you're in 7th. HUGE AGE DIFFERENCE. Plus this 9th grade boy is going through changes (body) and stuff so he's kinda in that state where, um, they think of things that invole girls, and Um they want to do...... stuff..... But anyways, its your fathers FINAL decision.
