If its constantly doing it, the SD or the reader may be misplaced or dirty. Try fixing it by cleaning it. My recommendation is ask your parent to blow on it carefully. If your problem continues to happen it may be a normal issue with the 2ds system. JUST in case I'm wrong look it up or ask nintendo support for some help.
