My sis has Nintendogs + Cats, too...Which she stopped playing after only a month. I think it was because the cats aren't really useful or interactive in the game, and the contests can be very hard and stressful. Last thing I remember was her getting a secret dog "breed" before quitting. The sequel is considered inferior to the first as well.
