@Sarah I would say Sonic might have a soft spot for amy because he saved her multiple times before. And at the end of Sonic and the Black Knight it shows that Sonic missed his date with Amy! Sonic most likely does like Amy a little. He just doesn't like how crazily Amy is obsessed with him.
