As @Abby said, they're bots. Imperfect ones at that, and you technically were advertising something, which Is against the code of conduct. When It comes down to It, you can disagree with the rules all you want, but that still means you will be punished for breaking them In even the slightest way. Don't use Miiverse If It's that annoying.
