I'm really pumped for the Second Legacy Collection!!! I agree, it should have been 1-10, but CAPCOM probs made two to make more money, or to simply put more emphasis on the evolution of Mega Man. Beats me, I've been in the fandom for years. Same with MN9, too. Hopefully, I'm correct or at least getting somewhere with this...:/
