I am not sure when you can purchase gems and ore from Moriya. I go during store hours and talk to him. At the time I was upgrading my house and could buy the pink diamonds, so they were not cheap. There is an option were you can tell Moriya that you would like to think about it. I am not sure if it affects the price or not.
