what you say: T: is it THOUGHTFUL? H: Is it HELPFUL? I: is it INSPIRATIONAL? N: Is it really NECESSARY? and most importantly, K: Is it KIND? not every argument can be won by throwing insults at eachother, so if the person is relentless, block/report them and leave it.
