Weiss Schnee: I feel she has consistently developed every Volume, her design(s) are elegant, all of the songs about her are amazing to listen to, her Semblence & Myrtenaster are not only incredibly cool to watch in a fight, but are have not stopped surprising me yet, her interactions with others are often either surprisingly comedic or sincere, etc. She's a pretty fleshed-out character in general.
