Well, when AT&T came to fix the cables and stuff underground, they ended up breaking it even more because they didn't know a tad bit of what they were doing. They had to get people from California after 4 months, because no one bothered with it for 3 months after they messed up many times. My mother did not want to get another router, because she is a penny pincher.
