Yes, you do want to get to know the girl, but don't focus the entire conversation on her. Smile, and don't put yourself down trying to be modest. (Don't judge...) I actually had problems talking to guyz and grillz, but I felt better around them when I had a friendly conversation. Trust me, a developing relationship lasts longer than fl!rting right off the bat.
