and happiness are different. Being happy is where you are completely satisfied and you desire nothing more than what you have. Joy is temporary. It's the same with sadness and depression. I've been there. I've been depressed. I swear. I'm not perfectly happy just because I may seem like it or because it may look like all Christian families are happy all the time.
