I tried to test your claim on Grima's Dragonskin. Killing him in one turn with one character is possible: I just did. OHKOing him with only one hit: impossible. My char had 2x strikes, both being Astra and with at least one critical hit in each. He did the equivalent of 96 damage in just one turn.
