So when you see she has loads lined up, hold off on your attacks and focus on angels for a bit. Especially if, like Rusty, you only have normal attacks and can't touch her when she has the normal attack advantage. If you can, have Popo use her Spd and Mov boosting song to even the playing field when you can. You can't inflict negative stats on Eve (not for long anyway) but you can boost yourself.
