Well, anyone who holds a regular handicap (without sandbagging) is pretty much useless at this game. This game was designed to be very easy so there's no way anyone can end up in the middle or high handicap events without sandbagging. Good handicap is subjective, talk to 10 people for 10 different answers but i'd say minimum +15 for a good player. The best would have about +20 i reckon.
