Looks like I've been banned yesterday due to posting a Twitter account of the new Smash leaks. I should've replaced the .'s to DOT instead. Seeing as this is my 1st Permanent Ban, is there a way to get the account back? Mainly because there'll be newer games with Miiverse features and my eShop purchases are tied to my old account.
