it worked! thank you! the problem with me and catch quests is that i don't always know if they're ready because i mount them a LOT (as in: my main strategy is using the SnS's ledge climbing double mount attack(a, x after climbing a ledge)to mount and than attack) this time i was a bit more carefull and managed to break his head so he fled, after that, i trapped him in his sleep!
