i am using Wii U in German so I'm not sure how it's exactly called in English. first go in the upper left corner on 'user profile' than in the upper right corner on 'user settings' or maybe it's called 'user menu' or something. You'll find Mii-verse settings there. There you can enable friend requests. Or you send you requests to me :)
