If your disc is clean, then it might be a problem with the Wii U itself. Buy a cleaning kit if you don't already have one. The Wii U also has some problems playing the old Wii dual layer discs. If you have Super Smash Bros. Brawl, check if that runs with no problems. If it doesn't, then clean your Wii U.
