Paul that's fantastic! I play MH4U since March, have 1900 hours playtime now :) Depending how long you play it, this game is very rewarding, frustrating too. After you beat the story it really starts, you unlock the best monsters for armor sets + weapons, you can make quests for Relic weapons (which are the best) and Relic armors with special skills.
