Good tactics! I'm currently 'grinding', and trying to get loads of job points. And btw, when the last chapter says BRAVELY DEFAULT, make sure you are very levelled up before entering the Holy Pillar. And don't shatter any crystals either, because you get to fight Ouroboros and the Final Boss Theme is the best piece of music I have ever heard...
