Carter Rhodes-Hearparch (last name pronounced roads harp arch) was born in the magical city of Dreamon into a bloodline of heroic magicians. He has a twin sister, Melodie, who went to the neigbouring city of Enchantis. He spent his days helping people however he could - getting cats out of trees, squeezing luggage into the back of cars, even saving a little girl from falling through thin ice!
