Merge the left wall to avoid getting caught, then again, keep walking until you can leave it. Then head up the stairs, merge the pillar south, time your movement since the next guard is quick. After that head south (be sure to get the heart piece!), merge the wall to avoid the guard, head right and then it's kinda straightforward, time it well!
