Bosses like Paintra and Kracko can be hit with Baton/Fire Baton. The Somersault, Backsault and Fire-Hoop Jump moves have invincibility until they end, and it's the same with Balloon Pop-Art. Trampoline and Acrobatics could be useful for their invincibility when attacked by the boss rushing to the foreground, but they're the more flashy options.
